STREAM: Frog’s interviews for BBC & Resonance FM are available now on demand.

Danny Bateman from Frog was featured this week by both the Roddy Hart Show on BBC Radio Scotland, and The Hello GoodBye Show on Resonance FM. It was a big week for Frog in the UK and both tracks are available now to stream at your convenience.

Airing originally via BBC Radio Scotland on Tuesday evening, you can now stream Bateman’s “Me-in-3” song selections via BBC Sounds for the next month.

Airing originally via FM & DAB radio through London’s Resonance FM (and Pawarota Radio in Poland) on Saturday afternoon, this in-depth interview can now be streamed on Mixcloud.

This was actually Frog’s second appearance on deXter Bentley’s Resonance FM show, having played a live session for them back in January 2016 (as seen in Alex Coppola’s “Kings of Blah” documentary).

This week’s show though even features “Slayer on a Sunny Day” by My Best Unbeaten Brother, who you’ll be hearing a lot more from pretty soon. But if you haven’t heard already, are a new trio featuring Ben and Adam Parker of Nosferatu D2, Tempertwig, and Superman Revenge Squad.

Audio Antihero artists have a long history of appearing on the Hello GoodBye Show, with a few examples preserved on Spotify:

Frog on Pitchfork / Frog Live / “GROG” CDs Available!

Frog’s “GROG” got a delightful review from Nina Corcoran on Pitchforkplease read it.

“Daniel’s humdrum American portraiture and embodiment of passionate persistence have defined Frog’s sound for nearly a decade, and on Grog, a brotherly bond encourages those songwriting traits to get louder, bolder, and weirder without sacrificing any of the heart.” – Pitchfork

Frog CDs Available Now:

Grab them on Bandcamp or frog.band (where t-shirts are available too).

Frog Live:

Frog’s December 19th show has sold out (thanks for the house Frog!) but they’ll be supporting Ray Bull on Jan 25th at Elsewhere (Zone One) in Brooklyn, NY! Tickets & info.

OUT NOW: Frog’s “GROG” album is available on all platforms

“GROG” by Frog is finally out. You can find it on Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, and all other platforms. The response has been amazing. Thank you all so much. Say hi to Frog here.

“…straddles the line between hearty Americana, barren indie rock, and low-key emo. That sound continues on Grog, where Frog sing stories of dead-end detectives and fateful love that give your heart a soft punch.” – PITCHFORK

“…a distinct, off-kilter personality that’s just slightly off in the best way possible. The end results are riveting—or should I say ribbeting?” – BANDCAMP DAILY

“As ever, even the shortest of Frog’s stories feels epic, with a whole world created in a few simple lines. This Froglore (because why not?) is absurd, optimistic, defiant and yet grounded by love for the human condition, with all of its faults and quirks. By rights, Frog should be huger than their millions of streams. For now, GROG is more than enough to double this, and beyond, given a chance – 9/10.” – GOD IS IN THE TV

Thanks again to Acute Pop, Adobe & Teardrops, For The Rabbits, God Is In The TV, HI54 Blog, START-TRACK and Various Small Flames for running track premieres yesterday and helping Frog make it to #1 on Hype Machine!
